Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with our website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Return and Refund Policy at any time.
RETURN POLICY
If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase and wants to return it within 14 days after delivery, we will ask the customer to send the product back to our factory (full address will be provided to the customer via email). In this case, the customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees. After 14 days of delivery of the product, we shall be not liable to accept a return from the Customers.
In case, our customer support team accept the return of your product. The customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees.
The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received. Be sure to provide the tracking number as soon as you ship your return.

Style On Deck Women's Fashion & Accessories will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification.
We don’t offer Free Return Shipping nor do we provide refunds for any fees that may result from shipping a Return.
To ensure that your Return is valid and eligible for a refund: Always process a return in accordance with our Return procedure.
REFUND POLICY
If your order doesn't include any promotions or discounts, you will receive a full refund for the items, equal to the price shown on our site (Item’s original price).
The Order’s Shipping Fee won’t be included in refunds. We also don’t offer Free Return Shipping nor do we provide refunds for any fees that may have resulted from shipping the returned items.

Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-returnable.

We ship from the U.S., and from our warehouses oversees depends on your destination countries and item stock status.
In some cases, shipping may take longer based on your location, which will be communicated to the buyer at the time of the order. Generally, items ship as soon as possible.
Customs taxes according to the nature of each country shall be borne by the customer and he must be aware of its details according to his country.
When your package is scanned by our shipping provider, it automatically sends you an email with the tracking number included. Please refer to your tracking information to get an estimate on when you will receive your item(s).

If the order is already confirmed and the process of packing and shipping started on it then no cancellation will be allowed.
